We start working from absolute beginning.We prepare a draft based on your requirements, with using the newest knowledge from the field of garden architecture,biotechnique of setting up gardens but also of trends from the field of garden supplements. Your new garden will comply with all parameters of a modern and a functional garden. We continue with the draft of the garden, project documentation necessary for planting out of the garden, its irrigation and lighting and supplements of minor architecture. A garden is a building work and therefore a registering duty on the building office is related to some parts of it. We will provide a necesarry documentation for registering of a small building on the building office for you. Our services do not finish after setting up the garden. We will teach you how to look after the vegetation or we will look after it.

how to describe your dream garden

Dream up your own garden in your fantasy. Write down a list of what you like and dislike in gardens.Put markers in books, cut out pictures from magazines, download nice pictures from the internet. While walking observe trees, bushes, flowers, lawns and take pictures of what you are interested in.

Imagine what everything you can do in your dream garden. How and how long you, your friends and family spend there. Write down notes. Bring all the notes , pictures and photos on the first meeting. Think about colours of the garden, textures, materials which you want to use, about their shapes, measurements and forms.

initial meeting

We talk a lot about your ideas, about functionality of the garden and about your preferences on our first meeting. We look through photos, pictures, books, magazines, we go through notes. We look for innovative solutions how to interpret your garden. We walk in your garden together and we talk about your needs, ideas and wishes.

research

We make a detailed research before preparation on the land. We map all the parts of the land, we take samples of the soil, we draw connections of water, electricity and gas. We mark vegetation which is there. In case of wider lands we provide this activity by force of specialized company.

initial broad design

We present you the broad design in the form of plan and 2 – 3 ideas’ sketches. The draft is supplemented with illustrations of architectonic components, woods, bushes and flowers. While presenting we mark your requirements for changes and possible supplements in the project.

final design

Final design involves a ground plan with incorporated requirements which you are accepting. We process plans of realization based on it.

We will build the garden according to plans of realization. They involve drawings necesarry for putting of pavement, positioning of irrigations, installation of lighting, structural plans for example for pool and other minor buildings in the garden. A part of it is a positioning plan with an exact description of used assortment, its size at delivering, number of plants necessary for planting.

costing of realization

When the projects are processed into details, it is possible to prepare costing. The customer has to agree with it.

planting

We can start with planting after finishing all building works on the land. Pathways have to be built, minor architecture has to be installed ( arbours, pergolas, fence’s treillages, irrigations, lighting and others).
